Here it is, the big list of all online tribal lending companies. You asked for it and now you've got it. The problem with this list is that it is certainly incomplete, as there are tribal lenders appearing and vanishing all the time. There are some instances where a tribal lender will be alive, then go into a state of hibernation (often due to the many legal problems swirling around tribal loan companies), but then suddenly reappear back in business.
The lenders that are currently out of action or are completely defunct are listed with the notes next to them....

So that's the big list, those are the companies that I have followed, reviewed, and am aware of as tribal loan firms. If you know of any other tribal loan companies please make a comment below and I will add the name to the big list. As companies are formed (or go out of business) I will make the adjustments to this list. As of the writing of this post (early September 2013) there has been a huge change in the list, which is that Western Sky is no longer issuing new loans. That's a huge change because in 2011, 2012 and the first part of 2013 Western Sky was by far the largest tribal lender in every measure, including most dollars loaned, highest number of customers, and highest number of employees. This was a very large operation that voluntarily shut down due to ongoing pressures from the New York Attorney General, along with a number of other states.
The largest of the remaining tribal loan firms are Mobiloans, Spotloan, Plain Green Loans, and Great Plain Lending. These are now the big four of the tribal loan world.
