Here it is, the big list of all online tribal lending companies. You asked for it and now you've got it. The problem with this list is that it is certainly incomplete, as there are tribal lenders appearing and vanishing all the time. There are some instances where a tribal lender will be alive, then go into a state of hibernation (often due to the many legal problems swirling around tribal loan companies), but then suddenly reappear back in business.
The lenders that are currently out of action or are completely defunct are listed with the notes next to them....

So that's the big list, those are the companies that I have followed, reviewed, and am aware of as tribal loan firms. If you know of any other tribal loan companies please make a comment below and I will add the name to the big list. As companies are formed (or go out of business) I will make the adjustments to this list. As of the writing of this post (early September 2013) there has been a huge change in the list, which is that Western Sky is no longer issuing new loans. That's a huge change because in 2011, 2012 and the first part of 2013 Western Sky was by far the largest tribal lender in every measure, including most dollars loaned, highest number of customers, and highest number of employees. This was a very large operation that voluntarily shut down due to ongoing pressures from the New York Attorney General, along with a number of other states.
The largest of the remaining tribal loan firms are Mobiloans, Spotloan, Plain Green Loans, and Great Plain Lending. These are now the big four of the tribal loan world.
it is a big list!

My relatives always say that I am wasting my time with these loans and I know they are expensive. But my question is what alternative is there? You know there is no bank that's going to lend people with bad credit any money. You know they are not going to give me a credit card. It's a joke.

Thank you for the big list I had no idea there were so many choices for tribal loans. Are there even more companies now, I notice this list is getting old now?

I think you left a few companies off the list.

Thank you for this master list of all tribe lenders I couldn't find anything like this anywhere else. Most of the companies are not worth even writing about but I'm glad you still made the list. Some of them on your list have gone out of business since you wrote it too so maybe a new list someday?

Hey, don't forget hard money loans. If you have any assets (if you have a condo or a house) then you probably have some options to get your hands on some hard money. Think about it because this type of financing will be far cheaper than these Native American style loans.

I am so happy in the result you have here, in I found exactly what I used to be having a look for. No one else is talking about Native Americans who have all these loans and offers. You've ended my four day long hunt! God Bless you man. Have a nice day. Bye

Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads about Sure Cash Xtra. I don't know if they are in business or not, they are not giving me a straight answer. Are they a credit card company?
Plus if you have trouble logging into Plain Green loans then call the customer service people there to help you login.
If you can't tell I have been a customer for both companies in the past, not currently though.

US FAST CASH IS NOT LENDING AT THIS TIME

BLUE KING IS NOT LENDING AT THIS TIME
Posted by: DAVID STAHL | 02/24/2014 at 08:43 AM
Hi David, thanks so much for your update on US Fast Cash and Blue King. I'm contacting them to follow-up on why their lending has stopped. Good chance it has to do with the legal maneuvers of that New York financial office or the fact that the Federal District Court in Manhattan has ruled against the rates being allowed in your particular state.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a direct lender who works with people in Colorado? I am struggling locating someone. I applied through an online place and the company basically sold my info. Within 24 hours I had over 200 emails sent. For some reason everyone sees Colorado as taboo. Anyhow, your assistance is much appreciated.
Posted by: Lionel | 01/08/2015 at 04:51 PM
Hi Lionel, I know that Mobiloans no longer serves Colorado and it's a shame because they offer a really decent rate. I think it is due to the state laws passed in Colorado that limit short-term lending. I would suggest contacting Great Plains Lending, I don't think they care about state laws at all. Some tribes assert their 100% independence from state and federal regulation, and I believe Great Plains Lending operates in this manner. I know that Spotloan no longer does any business in Colorado.
Try Superior Funding, they have five states that they do not service, but Colorado is not on the list. They do not do any business in Georgia, New York, Illinois, Oklahoma or Vermont. Try this company, and they are decent because they offer the line of credit lending service. Let me know if either of these companies work for you.
